I am currently in the process of becoming credentialed with Aetna and United Healthcare. I can always provide you with a superbill to send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Initial sessions are between 60-75 minutes and allow me to get to know more about you, your history, nutrition goals, and what you’re looking to get out of our time together. You can expect to leave our first session with some initial goals and a few days of a sample meal plan as needed.
Follow up sessions can range from 30-45 minutes. This is our time to work through challenges and address anything that came up in the previous week.

A registered dietitian (RD) is a credentialed professional. Registered dietitians must take required courses, complete 1200 hours of supervised training, and pass an exam before they can say they are a registered dietitian. A nutritionist does not require credentials or training.
